Where in the WORLD is Jennie going on her mission?

Well the time has come! ha ha I can't believe it, but my papers are in. Soooo . . . after waiting a few years to recover from the horse back riding accident and other health concerns. I am all set to go and serve the Lord. It's one thing to SAY I will go and do what the Lord wants me to. but it's another story to actually DO it. I am the first person in my family to ever serve. sooo... I have no idea what to expect. I am nervous and scared and yet I am soooo EXCITED!!
It's weird to think that I will be serving with kids that I used to baby-sit. I feel as though I am a few years behind schedule. I know that everything happens for a reason. I had that accident and those health problems to learn and grow. I also know that the Lord guides our lives. I also know that I am exactly where I am supposed to be and that is an awesome feeling. I am excited for this new experience and opportunity that I have to serve my Lord. He's saved my life so many times and in so many ways. That serving Him would be a great honor to me. I LOVE the Lord!!

Wow! You look great! How exciting! I know what you mean about feeling a little behind schedule - I've felt that way before too. But you're also right about how the Lord guides our lives. And I'm sure He will guide you to the perfect place for YOU! Good luck w/ the app. That is great!

Wahoo!! That is so exciting, I can't wait to hear where you're going. Don't worry about being "behind schedule". You're not behind in the Lord's eyes, not for YOUR schedule. Please tell me about your horse back riding accident?

Hey Cuz - Congrats on your decision to go! Let's see...I'll give you what I really think and a 2nd guess. What do I really think? Salt Lake City. Ok, but lets get exciting. Mongolia? Russia? Australia? Ok, here we go. I'll say... Mexico. Natalie is guessing the southern states. No matter where you go, it will be a blast. I remember thinking how cool it was going to be to go to the Canary Islands. Then after a few months I thought how cool it would have been to be in SLC and get a meal with members daily, people who honk because they like you, and members who participate in missionary work. No matter where you go, it will be amazing. Good luck and let us know.
